Or something similar. It's not that uncommon semantics. Then again, I don't know the exact wording in game. |

One other theory.
The real Master Togo died when ANet did their very first testing of the Raisu Palace mission. Every Togo afterwards was an IMPOSTER! Same with Rurik, Saidra, Kormir, etc... |
